Professional Baseball Tryout Camps

The Durango Peaks are a proposed team in the Pecos League for 2026 season.

Eligibility Requirements Any player who is not currently under contract with another Professional Baseball Team may tryout. Players should do their research about pay to play Winter Leagues. The Pecos League does not accept players from (The California Winter League) The Pecos League does not accept players from the Baseball Scouting League South Florida Winter League or the Puerto Rico Instructional League. There are dozens of these so called Winter Leagues that exist that claim they will get you signed to a professional contract if you pay them $2500-$3500.	The Pecos League offers one day tryout camps in September and December shown below. The Pecos League offers two three week showcase camps one in November (Hudson River League) and one in March (Pecos Spring League) The Pecos League coaches also attend the Western League training camp.
